Lynne was a very professional and caring person. I was listened to and her advice was very good. I wasn't rushed, as you so often are these days' that was appreciated. Her whole manner was very positive and friendly and also professional. Thankyou.

She was so nice and helpful. First time I had seen a stoma nurse in years she had lots of good advice too. I look forward to seeing her again
